I forgot my password and e mailed company within the five days to cancel my order. Even though I gave them the required information, I was still charged for the $29.95 membership fee.
When I finally was able to talk to a human being, I was told that the best they could do for me was to refund $20 and charge for $9.95 for service I do not need.
I told the sales rep that I did not need the service but he kept insisting that he had to charge since my request to cancel was after the initial 5 day trial period. I know I shouldn't be charged for a service I do not need and one I tried to cancel within the trial time.
