Purchased a plan to do the amount of checks I needed. I would do a search, and every search forced me to pay additional to receive the information.

I had the premium package, should not have to pay extra to get a full report. Most information was outdated anyway. Would give me multiple phone numbers or address showing as current. Trashy, greedy unhelpful people.

I was nicely trying to get info on why they are still charging me 2 months after cancelation. Never talked to anyone but their AI chat. Nothing rude a mad and they sent me to a missed of customer group.

Still no contact. Chat does not help no number to call or email to send info to.

I never agreed to have my information otherwise it again nor I put anything of my information in the White pages I'm very upset and don't want none of my information in the White pages at all I won't recommend this for no One people use this as there personal use I don't think that's okay
