Paid for premium service and 90-95% of the numbers are incorrect. When I called customer service to cancel, they were very rude and would cut me off.
States they processed my refund a week ago, but when I check my account its not there. They informed me to contact my bank to verify any pending transactions. I did this and they stated I had no pending credit transaction. I hate companies that don't do what they say, and white pages is one of them.
Garbage information, garbage content, poor and terrible customer service. Both times I called both agents sounded annoyed that I called them!
Anybody considering paying for the premium service is wasting their time. You're better off using the free service or just doing a generic search online.
