This is happening to me as well. I cancelled last month and just received another bill.
I'm currently trying to figure out how to get a refund. If anyone has the answer to this, would you please let me know?
They will continue to ignore the fact that you cancelled your membership, and will continue billing you. The ONLY way to stop them is to get your bank to block any further withdrawals from your account. You can also ask the bank to reverse the payments already made, although, depending on the circumstances, you might not be able to get that money back.
