Whitepages - Repeatedly charges me for unauthorized services
This company says I used its service once, and it bills me $29.95 per month for some service it says I authorized. I called the company on October 28 2016 and spoke with Simone.
She stated they could not connect my email to any account it had in existence after she checked their system for over 5 minutes. Simone stated my account was cancelled and it would be submitted to their fraud division with follow-up within 24 hours.
Whitepages sent a follow-up email and stated that it would have someone contact me within 24 hours. Whitepages has not followed up and now they have charged my account again!
Reason of review: Charges for unauthorized service.
Monetary Loss: $100.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
