My account was charged and I did not order this service! I have sent multiple requests and/or emails with no response or resolution.
I live paycheck to paycheck and have gone without food, in addition to having my account over drafted.
I tried calling the customer service number and it says that the number cannot be reached. This is absolutely unacceptable.

A person using information on this website is harassing me and threatening my life, and unless they want to end up on Dateline, I need to be removed in all aspects.

Impossible to reach them by phone - wrong number listed on their website and phone with only 9 digits! Search for information was incredibly slow and incomplete. Will never use them again.

Unauthorized used of my card dispute charges
Looking at my online banking I've noticed a few transactions on banking one from here, and a newspaper.com(which that site can't be reached once I google to look up the site) the charge from you and other site are both pending transactions

Its against the law for you not to allow me to cancel this subscription and you keep on taking $5.99 out of my account. I used it one time and all the times that Ive had it and Ive put in writing on the email to stop and cancel my policy.
You figure it out. For heads up, I have closed the account that you were using and if any further money is taken out of my account, then you will have to pay me back all the back money you keep on taking out of my account answer your phone or give me a lot of real phone number because the one I called isnt allowing me to go through.

Whitepages.com is deceitful (advertised free email info, then changed that to $1 initial fee, $19.99 charged in 5 days, then changed THAT to "need to get premium business servive" to get one email address ! AND their customer service phone number # 1: +61 8** *** *** is fake, and number # 2: 206-621-**** won't connect you to anyone/anything. Scammers.

Verified ReviewerI purchased the trial but never was able to login. I just thought the transaction wasn't completed properly. Apparently it was, only for billing. Not one report and still no refund.
I reached out and was told I agreed to the no-refund policy. No matter what I've said to them, I just keep getting the same response.
